Refund Policy

At Koit Enterprises, we are committed to building long-term relationships with our B2B clients by delivering high-quality products and reliable service. Due to the nature of our products—especially in the categories of OTC, nutraceuticals, and surgical supplies—we maintain a strict refund and return policy to ensure safety, compliance, and supply chain integrity.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

The product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or expired at the time of receipt.

The product does not match the specifications agreed upon in the purchase order.

The shipment is materially incomplete or part of the order is missing, and not resolved within 7 business days of notification.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Products that have been opened, tampered with, or used.

Delays caused by customs, logistics partners, or any force majeure events.

Buyer’s change of mind or failure to comply with regulatory requirements in their country.

Special or customized orders specifically manufactured or sourced for the client.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Notify us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment at connect@koitbiopharma.com with your order number and reason for refund.

Include clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging for review.

Our quality and compliance team will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
If the claim is approved, a refund will be processed either through:

Replacement of the product(s), or
-
Credit note for future purchases, or
-
Direct refund to the original payment method (only if agreed upon in the contract/PO).
4. Return Shipping
In case a return is required:

All returns must be authorized in writing by Koit Enterprises.

The buyer is responsible for securely packaging the item and shipping it back via a tracked courier.

Return shipping costs will be borne by Koit Enterprises only if the error is on our side.
5. B2B Terms
All transactions are governed under B2B trade terms, and the final decision regarding refunds lies with Koit Enterprises. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy as needed.
